I like to see equal rights for the smoking community in the form of equal chairs, tables warmth etc in pubs. There are things called extract fans. Non smokers have become very selfish and rude, they quite happily sit with a candle on every table at my pub but hold their nose as they walk past the smokers shivering outside.Seperate pubs is the answer.

I would change the way black people are treated in this country. I feel as though we have to work twice as hard to get jobs that we are capable of doing when we are highly educated, experienced and also highly skilled. We are continuously overlooked and this is something that needs to change and if I could change this and bring about more equality, I definitely would.

I think we should be able to smoke in a pub or at work because smokeing is one of the things we dont get made to do by ourgoverment.

To work with more open minded people who want to move forward and not remain stagnant, also to allow new members of staff the same opportunities as those who have worked there for years or lived there all their lives

I will very much like to see better working conditions for women with children so they feel they are able to balance work and life time.

For women to be paid as much as men for doing the same jobs. It has recently been shown that senior women managers are still paid far less than their male counterparts.

We need to accept that routes to success are different for different people (this is not just race and gender but our own psychologies). We need to positively create a range of staircases for people to get to the top - its not positive discrimination- its actually giving some people the choice.

When will someone realise that the congestion charge just increases the rich poor divide - if you have money and a 4x4 you can afford it - if your skint and only just manage to run a car you cant afford it. The more this goes on the more the majority (who cant afford it) feel greived with the richer people and corporations that can .... more annomosity more judgement, more jealousy, more anger equals modern London Society - the divide continues.

Tolerance for those who believe that disagreeing with another persons point of view or lifestyle choice them a bigot, fundamentalist or politically inept. If one individual has a right to believe something, another has a right to disagree. This is a two way process.

I would like to change the inequality between the English, Scottish and Walsh. How can it be possibly justified that British citizens living in Scotland for example no longer having to pay perscription charges when people living in England do? Or why the Scottish can vote in both the British parliament (which no longer affects them as policy goes through the Scottish parliament) and in the Scottish parliament? This can not be a fair democracy surely!?! Why have we got this half-hearted devolutionised state? surely we are united or we are not!

Good Animal Welfare labels on meat and dairy products, it should be as in the public eye as much as Organic Food is.

I am a meat-eater and respect the animals I eat. I would like to change the fact that many of our local abattoirs have been closed, meaning that the final journeys of the animals are long and unpleasant. I find this very upsetting.

my hatred of religion and the fact that it divides the people of the world and causes war and prejudice and fanaticism we should remove all religions of whatever faith and replace them with something more positive

Stop all the breaching of animal rights - it is not acceptable. If people want to kill them, they should kill them humanely, or better still not produce them as livestock.

True equal opportunities - too much of business is run by white middle class males who are either blinkered to this or frightened of challenging the status quo
