First time buyers need better assistance. They do not need to be charged scandalous amounts of money in higher lending fees. It is hard enough to get onto the market without banks exploiting us. We get charged a rate of interest like everyone else, so why do we have to pay more - it is ridiculous!

Affordable non profit homes being built. A National scheme where non profit organisations choose to build homes for the people of London. At cost price. These can be bought or socially let out.

It is not the esate agents pushing in values. It is the seller. Naturally they push for as much money as they know that in the (past) climate they can ask for vast amounts of money. If the estate agents want any business at all, they have to listen to their customers and give them what they want!
The buyers just get bigger mortgages. Ban Mortgages, then we will live to our means, not our wants.

The estate agents have gone too long without being blamed for the dire situation in the housing market. These guys are absolute crooks and without proper regulation, they are able to inflate the prices of properties and in turn receive ridiculous sums of money for doing practically nothing!!
What would I like to change?....Estate agents should be more tightly regulated and fees should be capped at sensible levels.

Extra tax on those already owning property for their additional property purchases. The buy to rent crowd should be curtailed!
